The best of both worlds– our lowest rate with a level of service and prioritization afforded to our retained searches.

Fee Structure

  • 1/3 Retainer to initiate the recruitment process (non-refundable).
  • 1/3 upon presentation of qualified candidates.
  • Balance due upon acceptance.
  • Fee is 25% of the candidate’s first year’s base salary including sign on.

Retained

Recommended for confidential or difficult recruiting efforts that are too important to leave to chance. Retained search is for services with the highest level of mutual commitment for successful results.

  • Balance due upon candidate acceptance.
  • Fee is 20% of the candidate’s first year’s base salary including sign on.

If you prefer a risk-free partnership, and your search is not highly complex or confidential, the contingency fee structure may be the best fit for you.

  • Fee is 30% of the candidate’s first year’s base salary including sign on.
